**Returns for Defective or Damaged Items**

- If your item arrives defective or damaged, you have 3 days from the delivery date to request a return.

- To initiate a return for a defective or damaged item, please contact us at kbbqusa1@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the defect or damage, and photos of the issue.

- We will provide you with a return authorization number and return instructions.

- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- Approved refunds for defective or damaged items will include the full purchase price and any applicable shipping costs.


**Returns for Non-defective Items**

- If you wish to return a non-defective item, you may do so within 3 days of the delivery date.

- Non-defective items returned will incur a 40% restocking fee.

- To initiate a return for a non-defective item, please contact us at kbbqusa1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

- You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item.

- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- Approved refunds for non-defective items will be issued minus the 40% restocking fee and excluding any shipping costs.


**Return Process**

2. We will provide you with a return authorization number and return instructions.

3. Ship the item back to us at kbbqusa1@gmail.com. You are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.


**Refunds**

- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [5-10] business days.

- For defective or damaged items, you will receive a full refund including any applicable shipping costs.

- For non-defective items, the refund will be issued minus the 40% restocking fee and excluding any shipping costs.


**Exchanges**

- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at kbbqusa1@gmail.com.
